registration to create an account. For this process we will collect your name, email-address, and
password. Once registered you must enter your Law Firm’s information also, for this we require your
Law Firm’s name, address, phone number, and logo. With this information we contact you about our
services in which you have expressed interest. Should you decide to join us, we will also require
your credit card information. We use this information for your subscription. Your contact details
and financial information are used to contact you regarding billing issues or subscription
When you subscribe to NovoTempus, you are given the option to sync or add your contacts and/or
clients to your account, and this may be done by collecting third-party personally identifiable
information on our site. The clients’ information is never viewed, sold, released, or otherwise
disclosed or utilized by NovoTempus. Our software uses the third-party information only for users to
facilitate communication with clients and other users, such as sending out forms, e-signatures, and
NovoTempus email communications. NovoTempus may also use some of your information to collect
demographic, and geographic, information for the purpose of improving our software.
Term and Termination
- NovoTempus may at any time, and in its sole discretion, and without notice or liability, terminate
or deny access to, or use of, the Site and any Site Content. This includes blocking any and certain

(xiii) Termination: Any violation of your payment duties, and any unauthorized, illegal, or
unwarranted use of the Site will be considered a material breach of this Agreement. If you breach
this agreement, whether a material or non-material breach, NovoTempus reserves the right to
terminate this Agreement and the use of the Site from each User. If a User breaches this Agreement,
we will contact the User or Firm directly via email or phone conference and attempt to resolve any
breaches before fully terminating the Agreement and Subscription. If within 30 days, said breach has
not been settled or resolved, the User’s account will be terminated at NovoTempus’ discretion. The
storage of any material on our servers that violates state/federal/local law shall immediately act
to terminate this agreement and constitutes a material breach. By storing any illegal data on our
servers the User automatically forfeits rights over any, and all, data on our servers.
NovoTempus will occasionally send users promotional emails about new features, company updates,
services, or promotions. NovoTempus will also send you updates on our blogs, practice tips, and
surveys. You may choose to opt out of receiving these emails in your user settings. We also give you
the opportunity to opt-out of having your personally identifiable information used for certain
purposes. In the case that a third party is wishing to collect any personally identifiable
information, you will be notified so you can make an informed decision as to whether or not to
provide your information to that party.
We may use your personal information on file to contact you on new software updates, or any
service-related announcements. These are announcements that every user needs to receive and as a
result, they may not be opted out of. We may also communicate through email, telephone, or live
chats, to send you information on your account such as new passwords and usernames, reply to any
